Introduction

Transport Collaboration Messaging Format is an event streaming format for collaboration and coordination of operations between independent actors within transports. It is made to support the Collaborative Decision Making concept (CDM) which models activities pertaining to transport operations as a set of states that are achieved to let temporarily coupled actors create visualisations of their view of the operative state of transports in transport nodes such as ports, marshalling yards, cargo terminals or railway stations or end to end transport connection and transport corridors.
